D12 Terms & Conditions — Platform Usage Policy

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the d12 platform or opening an account, you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any of the terms, please refrain from using the platform. d12 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time, and continued use of the platform after any changes take effect will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh. Users must be at least 18 years of age to use d12's services. Minors are strictly prohibited from opening an account or accessing the platform.

Account Creation & Security

To open an account on d12, you must provide accurate and complete information. Registering with false information constitutes a breach of these terms and may result in account closure. Each individual may only hold one account — if multiple accounts are found to belong to the same person, all accounts may be suspended.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login credentials confidential. You must not allow any third party to access your account. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact the d12 support team immediately. d12 uses SSL encryption to protect accounts, but accepts no liability for issues arising from a user's own negligence.

D12 may request National ID or passport details for account verification purposes. Withdrawal privileges may be limited until verification is complete.

User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules

When using the d12 platform, users must comply with the following:

• The use of fraudulent activity, unauthorized software, or bots is strictly prohibited.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems or gain unauthorized access is strictly prohibited.
• Abusive or harassing behavior toward other users is not permitted.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal transaction is strictly prohibited.
• Attempting to exploit d12 bonuses or promotional offers through fraudulent means constitutes a violation of these terms.

D12 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend your account and forfeit your balance for any breach of the above terms.

Payment & Transaction Information

All transactions on d12 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits and withdrawals must be made using approved payment methods, including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Payments are only accepted from the mobile number registered to your account.

Account verification must be completed before a withdrawal request can be processed. d12 is not liable for technical errors or failures on the part of third-party payment providers, but will make every effort to assist in such situations.

If a suspicious transaction is detected, d12 may request additional verification or temporarily suspend the transaction. Separate terms may apply to the use of bonus funds — these are clearly stated with each bonus offer.

Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third Parties

All content on the d12 platform — including logos, designs, software, game content, and text — is protected under the intellectual property rights of d12 or its licensors. Users may not copy, redistribute, or use any content for commercial purposes.

The d12 platform may contain third-party services or links. d12 is not responsible for the content or conduct of those external sites. Users access any such third-party services at their own discretion.

Users are solely responsible for any financial losses arising from betting or gaming on the d12 platform. d12 provides its services on an "as is" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted service. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or unforeseen technical issues.
